ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

HOW TO START A RETURN
You can initiate a return through our Returns Portal or by visiting our Contact Page.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately via our Contact Page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return through our Returns Portal and place a new order for the desired item. You do not need to wait for your return to be fully processed before placing the new order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
